Credit/Debit Cards
We accept most major credit and debit cards.
For credit card orders we need: card number, expiry date, start date and security number (the last three digits above the signature).
For debit card orders we need: card number, expiry date, start date (if any), security number and issue number.

Delivery
UK Mainland Delivery and Overseas, BFPO and Non-Mainland UK Delivery. If items are in stock then we will usually despatch them to you for delivery the following working day. For those items that are not in stock please allow 28 days for delivery. All parcels will need to be signed for.

Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not happy with a product please notify us within 7 days of delivery, return the goods and we will arrange either a refund or an exchange. Post and packaging costs are non-refundable unless the product is faulty. Cut lengths of fabric and double bedspreads are non-returnable unless faulty.
Washing Instructions
We recommend dry-cleaning our linens. Please allow for shrinkage and slight fading in background colour if washed at 30°. DO NOT TUMBLE DRY.
Disclaimer
Because we print on natural linen the colour of our fabrics may vary from batch to batch. For precise colour matching, please ask for a stock sample.
Our wooden deckchairs have a distressed paint effect. The canvas on the umbrellas and deckchairs will fade slightly over time. This fading very much depends on how you look after them. Umbrellas and deckchairs must not be left out in the rain. Umbrellas and deckchairs are for a limited period only and are therefore subject to availability.
